Exchange and/or Return is possible if the item is in its original condition, and
sent back to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
If your kimono has been custom altered for you, we not be able to apply our Exchange/Return policy. We hope you understand.
If sending the item back to us, please handle and package with care. Use double box or bubble wrap in order to protect the items.
Shipping costs for all returning items are to be handled by the customer.
We will not be able to accept returning items if they have been used. Items should be in their original new condition with the CHI-KA garment tag still attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method
or as store credit to your CHI-KA account minus the shipping charges.
Please note that refunds can take up to 45 working days to show on your account
due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If we are unable to fulfill your purchase for any reason a full refund will be issued through the same payment method or you will be credited a CHI-KA store credit in the exact amount allowing you to chose another product of your preference.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged,
or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Please note that items that have been damaged
as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products
that appear on CHI-KA WEBSITE as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary,
we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color
will be completely accurate.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of CHI-KA.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier.
However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders
at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
